Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required in order to complete your return.

Refunds: (if applicable)

After item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to confirm with an approval or rejection of refund. Rejection of refund are due to receiving damaged or goods not in original packaging.

If you are approved, your refund will processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a few days.

Situations where only partial refunds are granted( if applicable)

-Any item not in original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account records. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale Items(if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns. If sale items are damaged you have the option of exchange or store credit only. We can not honor discounts if purchase was made the day prior as discounts are exclusive to the day of sale and honored to customers who purchased on the day of sale.

Exchanges(if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift then purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we can issue you a store credit for the value of the item returned.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchase had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on state or country, the time it takes for your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don't guarantee that we will receive your return item.
